The Grand Hyatt San Antonio is offering a discounted room rate of $210 to conference participants. This discounted group rate is applicable during conference nights only, (April 8 - April 11) and is available until 5:00 pm CST on March 16, 2010 or until all guest rooms have been reserved. Reservations after this date will be accepted at hotel's prevailing rate, based on room type availability. The discounted group rate will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability at the time of reservation.

When planning your return flight, we recommend you stay for the conference closing party. This is a wonderful way to relax after a day of learning. If you plan to fly out on April 10, 2010 we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 8:30 pm so you can enjoy the closing party.
If you plan to stay for the Post-Conference on April 11, 2010, we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 2:00 pm. If you are taking the ACM™ Certification examination on April 11, 2010 we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 6:00 pm.
