Reservations
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio is offering a discounted room rate of $210 to conference participants. This discounted group rate is applicable during conference nights only, (April 8 - April 11) and is available until 5:00 pm CST on March 16, 2010 or until all guest rooms have been reserved. Reservations after this date will be accepted at hotel's prevailing rate, based on room type availability. The discounted group rate will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability at the time of reservation.

Flight Times
When planning your return flight, we recommend you stay for the conference closing party. This is a wonderful way to relax after a day of learning. If you plan to fly out on April 10, 2010 we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 8:30 pm so you can enjoy the closing party.
If you plan to stay for the Post-Conference on April 11, 2010, we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 2:00 pm. If you are taking the ACM™ Certification examination on April 11, 2010 we recommend scheduling your departing flight no earlier than 6:00 pm.
Hotel Check In/Out
Hotel check in begins at 4:00 pm, and check out is by 11:00 am. If you need to make early or late check in/out arrangements, please contact the hotel front desk at (210) 224-1234.
Ground Transportation
San Antonio International Airport located 8 miles from the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Ground transportation options include:
- Airport taxi to the hotel is approximately $20 - $25 one way.

Shuttle service cost is $18.00 per person to downtown hotels, or $32.00 for a round trip ticket. Major credit cards are accepted.
Ground transportation information is available from the booths located curbside in front of both Terminals 1 and 2 of the airport.
