Once you click the "submit payment" button at the end of the online registration process, you will see a Registration Record on your screen. We recommend that you print the registration record as it will serve as your registration confirmation and payment vertification. You should also receive a registration confirmation via email upon clicking the "submit payment". If you do not receive the email, and it is not in your junk/spam folder, you can log into your attendee profile and print a copy of your registration record.
Photos taken at the conference by NICM (or agents of NICM) may be used in future marketing materials, both printed and electronic/online. Attendees consent for NICM and/or ACMA to use conference photos that may include them for promotional purposes.
By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that NICM and ACMA may send you Case Management and/or conference related information. Per organizational policy, NICM and ACMA do not rent or sell contact lists. A valid email address is required for all conference registrations.
Attendees are prohibited from distributing materials or otherwise marketing themselves or businesses at the conference unless they are a paid exhibitor. This applies to all areas of the conference facility, including the exhibition areas, session rooms, and break areas. Paid Sponsors and Exhibitors may exhibit in the exhibition area, and must limit marketing activities to their designated area (confines of their booth) or other paid sponsorship event.
NICM, ACMA and the conference organizers expressly disclaim liability for acts or omissions of the organizers and for third parties including facilities, suppliers, and exhibitors in conjunction with the event, or for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event. NICM, ACMA and the conference organizers shall not be liable for any delays, interruption of services, or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organizers. This includes but is not limited to, failure of transportation, weather, accidents, fires, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, postal delays, explosions, government orders or regulations, war, terrorism, or acts of God. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. The organizers reserve the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
NICM and ACMA reserve the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker in case of an emergency or cancellation. NICM and ACMA make no endorsements of any presentation or product and have no duty of due diligence with respect to presenters, exhibitors, or sponsors.
Registrants agree not to allow any other individual to participate in their place either at the conference, during the registration process, or any other conference-related activity including acceptance of these terms of registration.
NICM, ACMA and the conference organizers expressly disclaim any liability arising out of attendee’s consumption of alcoholic beverages at the 2011 NICM/ACMA Annual Case Management Conference and 10th Annual ACMA Meeting. Certain conference events, receptions and parties will serve alcoholic beverages, and conference participants are responsible for their own well being. Persons under the age of 21 will be denied alcoholic beverages. The organizers expressly disclaim liability for any acts or omissions of attendees resulting from excessive drinking, recklessness or negligence on the part of any conference participant(s).
Attendees/Exhibitors/Sponsors at the 2011 NICM Case Management Conference agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NICM, ACMA and the officers, directors, and agents of both organizations against all claims arising out of actions or omissions of Attendees/Exhibitors/Sponsors at or in connection with the 2011 Case Management Conference except for NICM’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct. NICM and ACMA agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attendees/Exhibitors/Sponsors against all claims arising out of the acts of omissions of NICM or ACMA, the officers, directors, and agents of both organizations in connection with the 2011 Case Management Conference except for Attendee’s/Exhibitor’s/Sponsor’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
